Fortis International, Inc. was founded in 1984 and is owned by Clifford C. and Allyn B. Dukes.  Fortis International, Inc. conducts operations through two (2) wholly owned subsidiaries: Fortis International Automotive, Inc., and Develduke Ltd. 

Fortis International Management, Inc. was founded in March of 2001 as General Partner of Fortis International Energy, Ltd., a limited partnership.Fortis International Oil, Inc., now dissolved, conducted the majority of all oil operations, serving as a buyer, blender, and seller of fuel oil products.  Beginning March 1, 2001, Fortis International Energy, Ltd. took over all operations previously performed by Fortis International Oil, Inc.
